Will I see flight offers straight away?
Offers arrive after you send your trip request. Travel agents put them together based on your plans, so responses depend on agent availability. There’s no guaranteed response time.
Extra bags? A preferred meal? Can I ask?
Absolutely. Add baggage, meal and travel-time preferences to your request. Agents can see what matters to you; check each offer to see what they’ve actually included.
Like an offer, but need a moment?
You can place a hold to mark the offer you’re considering. We show a ₹49 hold fee, separate from the ticket fare. Keep an eye on the offer’s deadline—a hold doesn’t extend it.
I’ve accepted an offer. What happens next?
Head to My trips to follow your booking and ticket status. Accepting an offer and receiving your ticket are separate steps. Once your agent uploads the ticket, you can download it there.
